Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sundae School gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and consumables may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
